Sales Engineers
- Manage full process of sales cycle, from lead generation, cold calling, consultation to closing order.
- Identify & develop Business opportunities in assigned territory with the objective of achieving personal sales target.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and prospecting for new customers.
- Responsible for selling IntegraXor software locally.
- Preparation and evaluation of proposals.
- Conduct sales oriented presentation & discussions with customers & prepare relevant correspondence for closure of sales.
- Maintain and improve customer relations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate reports and records as well as review order status and customer sales activity.
Marketing Executives
- Compile products' technical specifications/ functionality, product qualification, packaging, name, pricing and etc.
- Formulate, plan, implement and execute marketing strategy for assigned client categories within company guidelines.
- Identify and manage advertising channels and opportunities.
- Know how to build and grow a brand.
- Develop manuals, handbooks, Point-of-Sale materials, ie. brochures, buntings and etc.
- Maintain and enhance overall outlook of the Company's Corporate Website.
- Responsible for account management in retaining and servicing the assigned clients.
- Support products launches, trainings, forums and workshops.
- Review what competitors are doing and recommend necessary course of action.
- Can work in a start-up environment where things need to be built from scratch.
Requirements for Sales/Marketing:
- Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in software sales and marketing OR automation related products.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill, both oral and written English.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Programmers/Software Engineers
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Electrical /Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Good knowledge in Visual C++, Java Script, SQL, HTML & XML.
- Applicant who has done personal projects, e.g. game or small program or utility will have an added advantage.
- Successful applicant will be heavily exposed to open technologies.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Fresh graduates from local colleges/universities are encouraged to apply. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
Training Programs
As part of our continuous efforts to improve our employees' skill set, we send our staff to attend top-notch training & events around the world to gain more exposure and to hone their skills. In year 2008, we sent a few of our programmers to Google I/O in San Francisco.
